The Radiodetection GatorCam4 PushRod System is a portable pipeline inspection platform built for surveying drainage pipes, sewer networks, stormwater conduits, and industrial pipelines from ground level. A flexible pushrod reel feeds either a 1-inch (25mm) or 2-inch (50mm) camera head through pipe interiors, delivering live video to a ruggedized controller for on-site viewing, recording, and documentation without requiring excavation or pipe access from below.

Both camera head sizes are machined from 303 stainless steel with polycarbonate-covered LED arrays and carry an 11 bar pressure rating — equivalent to 100 meters underwater — enabling use in fully flooded or pressurized pipeline environments. The 1-inch head is contoured for tight-space navigation, passing through pipe traps from 50mm and bends from 32mm diameter. The 2-inch head incorporates a self-levelling mechanism that keeps the video image upright regardless of camera orientation inside the pipe.

Controller units are rainproof and washable, built to handle impacts and harsh site conditions. The GatorCam4+ variant integrates a lithium-ion battery with a push-button charge gauge for cordless operation. An 8-inch industrial-grade anti-reflective TFT screen displays live footage, with onboard zoom, pan, and rotation controls active during recording. A built-in sonde transmitter at 512Hz or 640Hz allows the camera’s underground position and depth to be pinpointed at the surface using a paired locator. Data storage uses Compact Flash cards up to 16GB with direct USB transfer capability.

This system supports municipal drainage teams, civil engineering contractors, and infrastructure maintenance operators working across Pakistani cities including Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, and Quetta.

Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies the GatorCam4 PushRod System for pipeline inspection, drain surveying, and underground infrastructure assessment procurement across Pakistan.
