The Millimeter Wave (mmWave) Detection Radar operates in the 77–81 GHz high-frequency band using FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) signal architecture. It transmits multiple chirp waveforms through a MIMO antenna array, resolving targets in range, azimuth, elevation, and radial velocity simultaneously. Detection range spans 1–5 km against low-altitude UAV targets with a radar cross-section as small as 0.01 m². Range resolution reaches approximately 15 cm, and the system outputs four real-time data streams: bearing, altitude, range, and velocity.
