Pipe Inspection Cameras
Pipe inspection cameras travel through the interior of buried or installed pipelines, delivering live video of internal wall conditions, joint integrity, blockage locations, and structural defects. No excavation is required beyond the pipe entry point. These systems serve municipal drainage authorities, water supply operators, gas distribution companies, and industrial maintenance teams across Pakistan.
The camera head houses a wide-angle lens covering 90 to 120 degrees field of view. An integrated LED ring light array illuminates the pipe interior during the survey. Camera head diameters range from 25mm for small domestic drain pipes up to 150mm for large sewer and industrial pipelines. Additionally, self-leveling mechanisms keep the image horizon stable regardless of push rod rotation during travel. Image resolution runs between 720p and 1080p HD on current models.
Push rod systems use a semi-rigid fiberglass rod coiled on a reel drum. The rod drives the camera head through pipe runs up to 60 to 120 meters from the entry point. Furthermore, self-propelled crawler systems deploy on tracked chassis with motorized wheel drive. Crawlers navigate longer runs, uphill gradients, and multiple bends that exceed push rod reach. Crawler motors operate on 12V or 24V DC supply through the umbilical cable.
Surface control units display live footage on built-in LCD screens between 7 and 10 inches. Distance counter readout, manual focus controls, and onboard DVR recording come as standard features. Moreover, pan-and-tilt camera head variants rotate 360 degrees axially and 180 degrees radially. This allows detailed inspection of lateral connections and joint defects from multiple angles without repositioning the unit.
Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies pipe inspection cameras to municipal water and sewerage authorities, gas utility teams, industrial plant operators, and civil engineering contractors requiring dependable internal pipeline assessment capability throughout Pakistan.
