GatorCam4 system
The Radiodetection GatorCam4 system is a complete pushrod-based pipeline inspection platform covering camera heads, pushrod reels, a ruggedized field controller, and a full range of accessories for surveying sewer lines, drainage networks, water supply pipes, and industrial conduits. The modular design allows the system to be configured for jobs ranging from small-diameter residential plumbing to large-bore municipal sewer inspection without requiring separate equipment sets.
Camera heads are available in 1-inch (25mm) and 2-inch (50mm) diameters, both constructed from 303 stainless steel with polycarbonate LED covers and pressure-rated to 11 bar — the equivalent of 100 meters underwater. The 1-inch head navigates pipe traps from 50mm and bends from 32mm, while the 2-inch head incorporates a self-levelling mechanism maintaining an upright image throughout curved pipe runs. A built-in sonde transmitter operating at 512Hz or 640Hz enables surface locating of camera position and depth when paired with compatible locators such as the RD7100DL.
The GatorCam4+ controller features an integrated lithium-ion battery with a push-button charge indicator, supporting fully cordless field deployment. An 8-inch anti-reflective industrial TFT screen displays live footage, with zoom, pan, and image rotation controls available during active recording. Video and still images store on Compact Flash cards up to 16GB, with USB flash drive support for direct PC data transfer. The controller housing is rainproof, washable, and built to withstand impacts from heavy objects encountered on active work sites.
This system is used by municipal drainage authorities, utility contractors, and civil engineering teams conducting pipeline assessments across Pakistan’s growing urban centers including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Peshawar.
Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies the GatorCam4 system for sewer inspection, pipeline defect surveying, and underground utility assessment procurement across Pakistan.
