GatorCam4 Pushrod Inspection System
The Radiodetection GatorCam4 Pushrod Inspection System is a field-deployable pipeline survey tool designed for inspecting sewer lines, stormwater drains, water supply pipes, and industrial conduits from the surface. The system uses a flexible pushrod reel to drive either a 1-inch (25mm) or 2-inch (50mm) stainless steel camera head through pipe networks, transmitting live video back to a handheld controller unit for real-time viewing and recording.
Camera heads are built from 303 stainless steel with polycarbonate LED covers and are pressure-rated to 11 bar — equivalent to 100 meters of water depth — allowing deployment in fully submerged or high-pressure pipe conditions. The 1-inch head is purpose-shaped for tight-bend navigation, clearing pipe traps from 50mm diameter and bends from 32mm. The 2-inch head is self-levelling, automatically maintaining an upright image orientation as it travels through curved or angled pipe sections.
The GatorCam4+ controller houses an integrated lithium-ion battery with a dedicated push-button charge indicator, supporting cordless field operation without external power. Live footage displays on an 8-inch anti-reflective TFT screen, with onboard controls for zoom, pan, and image rotation during recording. A built-in sonde transmitter at 512Hz or 640Hz enables surface locating of camera position and burial depth when used alongside a compatible locator unit. Video and image data stores on Compact Flash cards up to 16GB or transfers directly via USB flash drive.
This system is suited for municipal works departments, civil contractors, and utility maintenance teams conducting pipeline assessments across Pakistan’s urban centers including Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi.
Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies the GatorCam4 Pushrod Inspection System for sewer survey, pipe defect assessment, and underground utility inspection procurement across Pakistan.
