The Radiodetection GatorCam4 Pipeline Video Inspection System is a pushrod-based survey tool built for inspecting underground drainage pipes, sewer lines, water mains, and utility conduits. The system pairs a ruggedized field controller with a choice of 1-inch (25mm) or 2-inch (50mm) camera heads, both constructed from 303 stainless steel and pressure-rated to 11 bar — the equivalent of 100 meters underwater — making them suitable for deep or submerged pipeline surveys.

The GatorCam4+ controller integrates a lithium-ion battery with a push-button charge indicator, removing the need for external power connections during field operations. Both controller variants output live footage to an ultra-bright 8-inch TFT anti-reflective screen. Single-button press captures high-quality digital video and still images, with onscreen zoom, pan, and image rotation available during active recording to document pipe defects, root intrusion, joint displacement, or blockages in detail.

The 1-inch camera head uses a polycarbonate LED cover and is shaped specifically for tight-bend navigation, clearing traps from 50mm and bends from 32mm. The 2-inch camera head is self-levelling, maintaining an upright picture regardless of pipe orientation. A built-in sonde transmitter operating at 512Hz or 640Hz allows surface locating of the camera head’s position and depth when paired with a compatible locator such as the RD7100DL. Storage runs via high-speed Compact Flash cards up to 16GB, with USB flash drive support for direct field data transfer to PC.

This system serves municipal drainage authorities, construction firms, and utility inspection teams working across Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, and Islamabad’s expanding underground infrastructure networks.

Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies the GatorCam4 Pipeline Video Inspection System for drainage survey, sewer inspection, and underground utility assessment procurement across Pakistan.
