GatorCam4 PushRod Pipeline Inspection System
The GatorCam4 PushRod Pipeline Inspection System features ruggedized controllers with an 8-inch TFT display and single-button digital video recording capability. Camera options include 1-inch and 2-inch diameter units constructed from 303 stainless steel with pressure ratings of 11 bar. The 2-inch camera incorporates self-leveling technology maintaining upright video orientation during pipe navigation. Five reel configurations range from the 100-foot Plumbers reel to the 500-foot Specialist reel for extended push distances.
The GatorCam4+ controller variant integrates a lithium-ion battery eliminating external power requirements during field operations. Both models support USB flash drives and Compact Flash cards for data storage and transfer. Focusable lenses combine with ultra-bright white LED illumination to deliver clear imaging in various pipe conditions. The Plumbers system configuration negotiates waste water traps from 2 inches and bends from 1.25 inches with its flexible built-in sonde for camera position tracking.
