The Magneto-optical Kerr Effect Measurement Instrument (LSMC-750) is a high-sensitivity magnetometer designed to analyze local magnetic properties of thin films and microstructures. The device features a solid-state 532nm laser as the detection source, producing a focused spot of approximately 2 µm for precise measurement. It incorporates an electromagnet capable of generating a magnetic field up to 2T, powered by a 750 W supply, with a built-in gaussmeter covering 1–30,000 Gauss. The system includes an adjustable sample stage for specimens up to 10 × 10 mm, an objective lens providing 50× magnification, and a fully automated optical system for rapid measurement without complex calibration. The instrument’s compact dimensions, 47 cm × 42 cm × 16 cm, make it suitable for desktop laboratory use, while its LED illumination and P-type/S-type polarization modes enable versatile measurement configurations.
