EOD / C-IED / CBRNE Robot

The EOD / C-IED / CBRNE Robot measures 115 cm in length, 39 cm in height, and 48 cm in width. Total operational weight is 75 kilograms with an aeronautical aluminum frame chassis. Two electric motors deliver 2×200W output plus a 150W motor for the robotic arm system. The 5-axis motorized arm lifts 20 kilograms when folded and 10 kilograms when extended. Platform payload capacity reaches 50 kilograms independently. Dual lithium-ion batteries provide hot-swap functionality for 6-hour continuous operation. The system travels at 4 kilometers per hour while clearing obstacles up to 20 centimeters high. Slope capability reaches 40 degrees on terrain. Waterproof and dustproof construction meets IP65 environmental standards.

The arm incorporates a clamp mechanism with interchangeable tool attachments including LED-cutting blades and fiber-optic unwinders. Shoulder and clamp-mounted cameras deliver real-time video feedback. Integrated GPS provides background mapping for operator situational awareness. The patented dual-function flipper system crosses stairs and isolates C-IED wiring simultaneously. Obstacle clearance reaches 20 centimeters, enabling navigation through rubble-strewn environments.

The EOD / C-IED / CBRNE Robot deploys across demining zones, urban conflict areas, and hazardous material inspection sites. Military and demining units use this system for buried ordnance detection, wire-activated device neutralization, and CBRN sampling in contaminated locations. Operators maintain 750 meters transmission distance using mesh relay systems during dangerous clearance operations.

Tactical Supply Pakistan provides this tool-free modular design, enabling rapid mission reconfiguration without mechanical assembly. Additional modules include disruptor system interfaces and punch electric systems for window breaking. The dual-frequency 2.4 GHz remote control with mesh relay redundancy ensures command authority.

What transmission distance does this robot maintain without mesh relay support?
The system achieves 350 meters line-of-sight control without mesh relay equipment, though mesh relay capability extends range to 750 meters for extended operational distances.
