Digital Alerting System

The Digital Alerting System operates as a portable vehicle-mounted transmitter measuring approximately 5 x 4 x 2 inches with magnetic base attachment requiring no hardwiring or installation procedures. The device features an LTE Cat M1 cellular module supporting bands 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 12, 13, 20, and 28 on AT&T networks with certified ultra-wideband flex antenna covering 698 MHz to 2690 MHz frequencies. It communicates with pi-lit Sequential Road Flares via 2.4GHz FCC-compliant ISM band radio across ranges up to 330 feet, automatically detecting flare deployment and deactivation events.

The system transmits Work Zone Data Exchange compliant alerts to traffic management centers, Waze, Apple Maps, and compatible navigation platforms within seconds of flare activation. Fleet managers access cloud-based dashboards showing deployment timestamps, GPS coordinates, duration records, and customizable hazard icons that appear on motorist navigation screens. The device integrates with 2018 and newer Stellantis vehicle dash systems to display direct proximity warnings. Power draws from the vehicle’s 12V system through magnetic mount contact points, with internal backup battery maintaining 8 hours of standalone operation.

Highway patrol units deploy the Digital Alerting System during traffic stops on high-speed corridors where approaching drivers receive advance warnings through their navigation apps before visual contact with emergency scenes. Military police convoys use these transmitters to broadcast rolling roadblock notifications on civilian highways during equipment transport operations. Air force security forces employ the system at base perimeter checkpoints to alert approaching traffic of inspection zones.

Tactical Supply Pakistan delivers connected safety technology that integrates physical warning devices with digital traffic management infrastructure for real-time hazard communication.

Does this system require monthly cellular service fees?
Yes. Cellular data transmission requires active AT&T service subscriptions managed through the manufacturer’s cloud platform with costs varying by fleet size and alert frequency.
