Flare Docking Station

A vehicle-mounted docking station that securely stores, charges, and automatically synchronizes smart sequential flares for rapid, reliable roadside deployment.

Key Features:
✔️ Secure vehicle-mounted docking with snap-in flare storage for 6 or 10-flare sets
✔️  Automatic flare activation upon removal with Rapid Deployment System (RDS™)
✔️  Gravity-controlled tilt sensor optimizes light output for approaching traffic
✔️ Four selectable flash patterns: 2 sequential, 1 simultaneous, 1 steady-burn, with reverse sequence option
✔️  User preferences stored in memory for consistent deployment order and patterns
✔️ Simultaneous charging of all flares via DC (12/24 V) or AC (110/220 V) inputs
✔️  Long battery life: 20+ hours runtime; Lithium-ion batteries rated for 1500 full

Flare Docking Station

The Flare Docking Station mounts permanently to vehicle surfaces using bolt-down brackets, available in two configurations: 10-set measuring 13.38 x 5.63 x 9.63 inches and 6-set measuring 9.25 x 5.63 x 9.63 inches with flares docked. The unit accepts dual voltage input through DC 12/24V vehicle charging ports or AC 110/220V wall adapters for stationary charging applications. Each docking bay features spring-loaded contact points that engage Smart Sequential Flares automatically upon insertion, initiating charge cycles that restore fully depleted batteries within six hours. The lithium-ion cells withstand 1,500 complete discharge cycles before capacity degradation occurs.

The station integrates with flare Rapid Deployment System technology, activating units immediately upon removal from docking bays without manual button operations. Tilt sensors embedded in each flare detect orientation changes and redirect LED output toward approaching traffic automatically. The docking interface synchronizes all flares to operator-selected patterns including two sequential modes, simultaneous flash, and steady-burn settings stored in onboard memory. Reverse sequence functions allow pattern direction changes via single button presses to accommodate deployment against or with traffic flow.

Emergency response teams install the Flare Docking Station in command vehicles deployed to disaster zones where extended operations require reliable equipment readiness without manual charge monitoring. Military convoy escort vehicles mount these stations to maintain constant availability of warning devices during multi-day transport missions. Air force crash recovery units secure docking stations in rapid response trucks positioned near runways for immediate aircraft incident marking. Naval shore patrol vehicles use them at port facilities requiring frequent traffic control during vessel movements.

Tactical Supply Pakistan provides integrated charging solutions that eliminate equipment readiness concerns during sustained emergency operations.

Can the docking station charge damaged or non-functioning flares?
No. The station detects flare battery health during insertion and displays error codes for units requiring maintenance or replacement before attempting charge cycles.
