IDPA Targets

Description:
IDPA targets are cardboard or foam shooting targets designed to the specifications of the International Defensive Pistol Association, used in IDPA competition matches and defensive pistol training courses that simulate realistic threat engagement scenarios. The standard IDPA target features a humanoid silhouette shape with a defined scoring zone system. The upper center chest area contains the primary scoring zone, and a smaller head box sits above it for designated head shot stages.

Standard IDPA target dimensions measure 18 inches wide by 24 inches tall for the full silhouette, with the -0 scoring zone measuring approximately 8 inches by 11 inches in the upper chest region. Target material is corrugated cardboard for standard competition use, with self-healing foam variants available for use with training rounds and reduced-velocity ammunition in indoor range environments.

IDPA targets support stage design across multiple IDPA divisions including Stock Service Pistol, Enhanced Service Pistol, Custom Defensive Pistol, and Revolver divisions.
