VEF Videoscope

The VEF Videoscope is available in two configurations to accommodate different inspection access requirements. The standard version features interchangeable probes with 3.8mm and 6mm diameters, while the ultra-thin variant offers 1.8mm and 2.2mm diameter probes for extremely narrow openings. Both models employ a four-way articulating tip controlled via kickstand mechanism, allowing axial, lateral, or combined directional positioning. The standard configuration extends up to 5 meters as default, whereas the ultra-thin model reaches 2 meters standard length. Each probe incorporates a 1-megapixel CMOS sensor delivering real-time imaging to a 5.1-inch IPS display screen.

Adjustable LED intensity rings surrounding the probe tip provide illumination levels adapting to internal cavity conditions. The control unit houses a rechargeable lithium battery providing continuous operation for extended inspection sessions. Connectivity options include SD card storage, micro USB port, and HDMI video output for external monitor connection. The ultra-thin model features waterproof tungsten braid construction rated for industrial submersion applications, while both versions support two-way pivoting articulation.

Quality control inspectors use the VEF Videoscope to examine welded pipe joints in petrochemical installations, selecting probe diameter based on pipe threading and access port dimensions. Aerospace technicians inspect aircraft engine turbine sections and fuel system components, documenting internal conditions without requiring component removal. Automotive manufacturers deploy the system during production line quality checks, verifying casting integrity inside transmission housings or engine blocks.

Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies this videoscope system with multiple probe options and carrying cases, allowing inspection teams to switch between standard and ultra-thin configurations based on field requirements.

Can the ultra-thin probe maintain image quality comparable to the thicker standard probe?
Yes, both probes utilize identical 1-megapixel sensors; diameter reduction affects flexibility rather than optical performance or resolution capabilities.
