ARGUS 900 Videoscope

The ARGUS 900 Videoscope combines a modular probe system with the TIVE 900 MK2 measurement platform, allowing operators to configure diameter and length specifications for diverse inspection applications. The probe is available in 4mm diameter extending up to 3 meters, or 6mm and 8mm diameters reaching 8 meters in working length. Interchangeable optical heads provide axial forward-facing or lateral side-viewing configurations, with direct vision or stereo imaging modes for three-dimensional analysis. A panoramic joystick mounted on the probe handle controls articulation movements and accesses video functions, offering complete remote control of the operating unit without touching the display screen. Integrated LED lighting illuminates inspection areas with adjustable intensity levels.

The TIVE 900 MK2 control box houses an 8.4-inch XGA LED screen displaying high-resolution video feeds in real-time. The 3DSIZER measurement algorithm processes stereo image pairs to calculate defect dimensions, depth measurements, and component sizing without physical contact. Real-time zoom functionality magnifies target areas during live inspection, while recording capabilities capture images with audio commentary or full video sequences with synchronized sound. A removable rechargeable battery powers the system during portable field operations, and the robust protective case withstands transport between job sites. VGA output enables connection to external monitors for team viewing during inspections.

This ARGUS 900 Videoscope is used to examine turbine engine interiors and airframe structural cavities, switching probe diameters based on access port restrictions. Nuclear facility inspectors use the system to document reactor vessel welds and cooling system integrity, generating measurement reports for regulatory audits.

Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies this videoscope with multiple probe configurations and optical head options, enabling inspection teams to adapt the system as application requirements evolve across industrial sectors.

Can operators change probe diameters on-site without returning equipment for reconfiguration?
Yes, the interchangeable probe design allows field swapping between 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm heads using quick-connect mounting interfaces.
