Framed Brackish Water System (LB-14000 F)
The Framed Brackish Water System (LB-14000 F) is an advanced, energy-efficient reverse osmosis (RO) water desalination system designed for large-scale land-based use. It produces up to 53 cubic meters (14,000 gallons) of purified water per day, with an output rate of 2,207 liters (583 gallons) per hour. The system operates at a low energy consumption of just 8 watt-hours per gallon (2 watts per liter), making it highly efficient among land-based desalination solutions.
Housed within a rugged, powder-coated 304 stainless steel frame, the LB-14000 F comes pre-plumbed and fully tested with all integral components installed for straightforward deployment. It includes four high-pressure composite vessels fitted with Filmtec 8×40” seawater RO membranes and a 5 hp motor powered by 208-240 VAC single or three-phase power sources. The system features a Spectra Connect Controller with automated operation and LAN-enabled remote monitoring and control for enhanced management.
This Framed Brackish Water System (LB-14000 F) is optimized to work with water containing up to 24,000 PPM of total dissolved solids. It boasts a 55% recovery rate, a sound pressure level of 79 dB at 1 meter, and is designed for reliability and long membrane life, with membranes protected from overpressure and scaling. Its robust design makes it suitable for daily group use involving 10 or more users.
