CODCr Online Analyzer

CODCr Online Analyzer LSPEC 7010 utilizes potassium dichromate digestion method with high-temperature oxidation for chemical oxygen demand measurement. The unit dimensions are 400mm x 400mm x 1275mm, available in cabinet or wall-mounted configurations. It operates on 220VAC power within 5°C to 40°C temperature range. The analyzer incorporates a 610nm LED light source for photometric detection with dual-beam spectrophotometry configuration.

Syringe pump sampling technology combined with multi-stage level gauges reduces reagent consumption while maintaining measurement accuracy. Detection range covers 15.0-2000.0 mg/L with ≤10% indication error and ≤5% repeatability. Temperature control systems regulate digestion chamber conditions for consistent oxidation reactions. Measurement intervals adjust from continuous operation to 1-24 hour cycles, with triggered and custom timing options. The color LCD touchscreen provides direct operational control and systematic diagnostics. Data retention spans minimum one year with export via Ethernet, USB 2.0, and digital input channels. RS485 communication supports MODBUS protocol integration.

Wastewater treatment facilities in military installations deploy the CODCr Online Analyzer for effluent compliance monitoring before discharge into municipal systems. Navy shipyard operations utilize these analyzers to monitor industrial wastewater from vessel maintenance activities. Airforce base environmental management programs integrate continuous COD monitoring at fuel storage areas and aircraft washing stations. Surface water monitoring networks position multiple units downstream from defense installations to track organic pollution levels.

Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies water quality monitoring instrumentation that meets regulatory compliance requirements for defense and industrial sectors, delivering automated analytical systems with standard solution verification protocols and extended data storage capabilities.

How does automatic calibration maintain accuracy between manual interventions?
The system performs scheduled automatic calibration at default seven-day intervals using internal reference standards, though calibration frequency adjusts based on sample matrix complexity and measurement drift patterns observed through continuous operation.
