Shadow Viper Drone

The Shadow Viper Drone operates as a loitering munition with two collapsible wings and electric propulsion. Three variants offer maximum ranges of 50 km, 80 km, and 100 km respectively. All models fly between 100 meters and 3000 meters altitude at cruise speeds of 120 km/h and maximum speeds of 150 km/h. Each variant carries 3 kg maximum payload and launches via ground-based launcher systems. Navigation relies on GPS, GNSS, and BDS satellite positioning without return-to-home capability.

The platform includes indigenous electronic Safety, Arm, and Trigger systems for ammunition control. In-flight mission abort and emergency self-destruct modes provide operational flexibility and safety protocols. High-performance flight control algorithms enable tracking of moving targets during day and night operations. The system functions in temperatures from -20°C to +40°C. Image processing applications support wide lateral view angles for target identification. Ground vehicle mountable multiple launcher options allow rapid deployment from mobile platforms.

Infantry units and special operations forces deploy the Shadow Viper Drone for precision strikes against high-value targets beyond direct fire range. Single soldiers operate it from forward positions without requiring technical teams. Artillery units use it to engage time-sensitive targets while artillery repositions. The cursor-on-target GPS coordinates guide munitions to exact locations during urban combat. Counter-insurgency operations benefit from its ability to loiter over suspected positions and strike when targets appear. The self-destruct function prevents enemy capture of sensitive technology.

Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies this loitering munition system to military forces requiring organic precision strike capabilities at squad and platoon levels. The company delivers weapons platforms that extend tactical units’ engagement ranges without air support dependency.

Can the drone abort a strike after launch?
Yes, operators activate in-flight mission abort to recall or redirect the drone before impact, with emergency self-destruct available if necessary.
