The Remote-Control Road Block is a vehicle-stopping spike deployment system available in two configurations — LZ-J-XJ02 Side-open Road Block and LZ-D-SK01 Remote Control Road Block — both constructed with plastic bases and metal spikes. The LZ-J-XJ02 stretches to an effective length of ≥5.2m with 8m total coverage, features ≥37mm spike length, ≥33mm spike spacing, and weighs ≤9.34kg including the carry case. It deploys manually with a 30-second effective intercept time, stretch and closing times both under 1 minute, meeting GA/T421 roadblock technical standards.
The LZ-D-SK01 measures 55×42.5×9cm and operates via remote control transmitter with a NI-MH 3000mAh rechargeable DC12V battery pack. It stretches 5.7m with 35mm spike length and 74mm spike spacing, deploys in under 7 seconds, supports up to 20-ton load-bearing, punctures tyres up to 35mm thick, and operates within a 50-meter remote control range across a 7m free layout zone. Spike tension on the LZ-J-XJ02 maintains 30N axial hold while releasing at 100N, preventing tyre entanglement damage. Both models remain corrosion-free between -40°C and +55°C.
