Mine Detector

The Mine Detector features a highly capable dual-sensor search head combining both metal detector (MD) and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) technologies. With a compact 31.5 x 18 cm detection area, it excels in identifying both metallic and low-metal content threats, including improvised explosive devices (IEDs). The carbon telescopic carrying bar ensures durability and ease of use in the field, while its integrated soil compensation enhances detection accuracy in challenging terrains.

Built to withstand extreme conditions, the detector complies with MIL-STD-810G standards and performs reliably in temperatures from -31°C to +63°C. Weighing 4.0 kg with a standard battery, it remains lightweight and field-ready. Users benefit from clear and immediate threat notifications via visual LED indicators, audio alarms, and vibration feedback. The device is watertight to IP68 standards, functioning at depths up to 1.5 meters for 1 hour, ensuring operational integrity in wet and flooded areas.

The Mine Detector is ideal for military engineers, demining teams, and tactical operations where safe passage through suspect zones is critical. It detects not only conventional landmines but also low-visibility threats buried in varying soil types. Whether used in combat zones, humanitarian missions, or border security, it delivers dependable detection capabilities in all terrains.

A standard lithium polymer battery (VAP3, 7.4V/5.4Ah) provides up to 8.5 hours of continuous operation. Alternatively, it supports 4 x LR20 alkaline batteries with a runtime of approximately 6.5 hours. All units are packaged in a hardened transport case measuring 102 x 43 x 17 cm, with a total weight of 14.60 kg. The system is built and trusted by Tactical Supply Pakistan to meet rigorous operational needs.

Can the Mine Detector detect non-metallic explosives like IEDs?
Yes, the integrated GPR sensor allows detection of low- or non-metal content objects, including buried IEDs.
