Katadyn Expedition Filter
The Katadyn Expedition Filter is a high-capacity pump water filter designed specifically for groups of 10 or more. It employs ceramic depth filtration with 0.2-micron pores that eliminate bacteria, protozoa, cysts, algae, spores, sediments, and viruses in combination with particles larger than 0.2 microns. This robust filter weighs 5.8 kg and measures approximately 556 x 202 x 122 mm. Made with food-grade silicone, stainless steel, and ceramic, it includes a prefilter and a carry bag for ease of transport.
The pump filter delivers an output of about 4 liters per minute, making it ideal for large groups requiring a steady supply of clean water. With a filtration capacity of up to 100,000 liters depending on water quality, it operates without electricity and is built to withstand tough environments.
