The Vidar Camera detects heat signatures and displays a live thermal image on its built-in screen, working in total darkness, smoke, or fog. A 12-micron sensor with sub-25mK sensitivity picks up small temperature differences between a target and its surroundings. The shutterless design keeps the image running continuously, avoiding the brief freeze and click of older recalibration methods.
