Transit Case Suppliers
Transit cases protect sensitive equipment during transport and storage. A hard outer shell holds a custom or configurable foam interior, keeping gear secure in place. Shell material is usually injection-molded polypropylene or roto-molded polyethylene. Both resist impact, crushing, and temperature extremes during rough handling by road, air, or sea freight. Wall thickness typically runs 4 to 8mm. This absorbs drops and knocks without transferring damage to the contents inside.
Interior foam comes in two common types. Pick-and-pluck foam cuts in a grid pattern, and users pull it apart to match their equipment’s shape. Custom-cut foam instead uses precision cutting to hold a specific item set without any gaps or movement during transport. Case sizes range from small pistol and handheld electronics cases under 30cm long up to large equipment cases exceeding 1.5 metres. These larger cases suit radios, optics, medical kits, or bigger technical gear. Waterproof seals, usually rated IP65 or higher, keep moisture and dust out even when a case sits in standing water or faces heavy rain during field deployment.
Latches use stainless steel or reinforced polymer construction. Some add a padlock loop for secured transport of sensitive or classified equipment. Wheeled versions add a retractable handle and inline wheels. This makes movement across airports or long site distances easier without needing a second person to carry the load. Pressure release valves on some cases equalize internal and external air pressure during air travel. This prevents the case from becoming difficult to open after altitude changes.
Military and security units use transit cases for weapons, optics, and communication equipment moving between deployments. Medical teams use them for field kits requiring protection during transport to remote or disaster-affected areas. Broadcast and technical crews also rely on transit cases for cameras and electronic equipment during location work.
Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies transit cases to military units, security teams, medical organizations, and technical crews across Pakistan. Foam configuration and case size are matched to the specific equipment needing protection.
