These provide a supplementary layer in high-RF-noise environments where passive scanning produces ambiguous results.

Alert outputs include audible tones, vibration alerts, LED indicators, and visual threat displays. These show detected frequency band, signal strength, and estimated bearing simultaneously. Moreover, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity share detection data to tablets and smartphones in real time. This gives multiple team members simultaneous threat awareness from a single detection unit.

System weight ranges from 500 grams on handheld scanners to 5kg on backpack multi-sensor systems. Battery runtime covers 4 to 8 hours of continuous monitoring per charge.
