New Gas Charging Systems
New gas charging systems fill, pressurize, and manage compressed gas in cylinders, vessels, storage banks, and pneumatic equipment — covering breathing air, industrial gases, refrigerants, specialty gases, and military propellant gases across a range of pressures from low-pressure service systems to high-pressure military and diving applications reaching 300 to 450 bar.
Breathing air charging systems fill SCBA and SCUBA cylinders to working pressures of 200 to 300 bar. These systems use two to four-stage oil-free compressors with integrated Grade E or Grade D air purification filtration — removing oil, water vapor, CO, CO2, and odors to meet EN 12021 and CGA Grade E breathing air quality standards. High-pressure filling panels distribute compressed air from a bank of storage cylinders through pressure regulating valves, flexible fill whips, and pressure gauges to individual cylinder connections — allowing simultaneous filling of multiple cylinders without re-pressurizing the compressor between fills.
Industrial gas charging systems handle nitrogen, oxygen, argon, helium, CO2, and mixed specialty gases at working pressures from 150 bar to 300 bar. Gas booster pumps driven by compressed air or hydraulic power step up supply pressure from cylinder pack or bulk storage pressure to the higher working pressure required by the receiving vessel — without electrical power requirements that limit deployment at remote industrial sites.
These systems serve Pakistan Army vehicle maintenance workshops, Pakistan Navy diving unit SCBA cylinder servicing programs, fire departments across Karachi and Lahore, industrial gas distributors, and HVAC contractors requiring reliable gas charging infrastructure for breathing air, industrial gas, and refrigerant applications across Pakistan.
Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies new gas charging systems for breathing air filling, industrial gas management, military pneumatic systems, and refrigerant charging procurement across Pakistan.
