Micelle Mist
Micelle mist cleaners use surfactant chemistry to lift, encapsulate, and remove oils, carbon fouling, lubricant residue, dust, and biological contamination from tactical equipment surfaces without abrasive scrubbing, harsh solvents, or water immersion. These spray-format cleaners deliver a fine atomized mist that penetrates tight spaces, textured surfaces, and component gaps — reaching contamination in areas that cloth wiping and brush cleaning cannot access effectively.
The cleaning mechanism relies on micelle formation. Above a critical concentration, surfactant molecules in the solution self-assemble into spherical structures with hydrophobic cores and hydrophilic outer surfaces. These micelles trap and suspend oil, grease, and particulate contamination inside their hydrophobic interior — lifting it away from the equipment surface when the mist is wiped or rinsed off. Furthermore, this process requires no aggressive solvents, making micelle mist cleaners safe on anodized aluminum, polymer components, optic coatings, rubber seals, and electronic connector housings that solvent-based cleaners would damage or degrade.
Packaging formats include 100ml pocket-size spray bottles for individual carry in kit bags and 500ml pump spray bottles for armoury and equipment room bulk cleaning applications. Operating temperature range covers -10°C to +50°C — covering Pakistan’s seasonal temperature extremes from cold northern winters to Sindh’s summer heat.
These cleaners serve Pakistan Army arms kote maintenance programs, Pakistan Police weapons cleaning facilities, SSG equipment room cleaning operations, private security company armouries across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, and tactical gear maintenance workshops requiring effective, material-safe equipment cleaning without solvent handling requirements.
Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies micelle mist cleaners for firearms maintenance, optics cleaning, and tactical equipment surface treatment procurement across Pakistan.
