High-Resolution Thermal Detectors
High-resolution thermal detectors capture detailed infrared images by using large-format sensor arrays with fine pixel pitch, allowing operators to distinguish small targets and subtle heat differences at extended ranges. Tactical Supply Pakistan stocks these detectors for long-range border surveillance, military observation, industrial process monitoring, and critical infrastructure protection across Pakistan.
Sensor formats commonly available include 640×512, 1280×1024, and 1920×1200 pixel arrays. Pixel pitch on high-resolution models typically measures 10 to 15 microns, compared to 17 microns on standard units. Consequently, finer spatial resolution is achieved without increasing detector size. Both uncooled microbolometer and cooled MCT detector options are available. Uncooled variants achieve NETD values below 40 mK, while cooled models fall below 20 mK for superior long-range sensitivity.
Spectral response covers the 8–14 micron LWIR band on uncooled units. Additionally, cooled variants operate in the 3–5 micron MWIR band for enhanced performance in hot climate conditions. Lens options range from 25 mm wide-angle to 1000 mm long-range focal lengths. Furthermore, output interfaces include SDI, HDMI, Ethernet, and ONVIF-compatible IP streaming for control room integration. Enclosure ratings of IP66 or IP67 are standard on fixed outdoor housings.
Tactical Supply Pakistan supplies high-resolution thermal detectors for deployment at border checkpoints, highland observation posts in Gilgit-Baltistan, and coastal monitoring stations along the Arabian Sea.
