Connection to drum modules is via standard 6.35mm mono or TRS jack cables, with TRS cables carrying dual-zone signals on tip and ring conductors.

Sensitivity and threshold adjustment on connected drum modules allows trigger response to be calibrated for different drumhead tensions, playing dynamics, and crosstalk rejection between adjacent drums on a full kit configuration.
