Ballistic Walls

The Ballistic Walls employ armored steel core panels measuring 2 meters in height and 1 meter in width, coated with 18mm polyboard or plywood surfaces to eliminate ricochet hazards. Each panel weighs 85 kilograms and connects via lug-and-slot mechanisms requiring no tools for assembly. The half-lap joint design compensates for uneven flooring up to 15mm variance. Panels achieve ballistic certification against 9mm ball ammunition at 365 m/s, 5.56mm rounds at 970 m/s, 7.62mm projectiles at 830 m/s, and breaching shotgun loads at 345 m/s. The gearbox base incorporates bulletproof construction with anti-ricochet plastic wood covering vertical surfaces. Connection hardware supports straight joins, 90-degree corners, three-way intersections, and four-way crossings.

Entry frames integrate window and door openings sized at standard residential dimensions of 900mm width for doors and 1200mm for windows. Infill spacers and corner posts slide over top lugs, providing lateral stability. End posts with stay blocks secure free-standing wall terminations. The modular system withstands kinetic breaching tool impacts including battering rams and sledgehammers. Panel surfaces resist angles from 20 to 90 degrees relative to incoming fire. Setup configurations range from single-room layouts to complex multi-corridor structures covering areas exceeding 200 square meters.

Special forces units utilize Ballistic Walls for live-fire close-quarters battle drills simulating building interiors. Military infantry schools construct room-clearing scenarios with variable configurations. Police tactical teams practice hostage rescue operations using multi-room arrangements. Counter-terrorism units conduct breaching exercises through door and window entry frames, combining explosive and mechanical entry techniques with immediate room clearance under live ammunition conditions.

Tactical Supply Pakistan delivers these modular training systems with on-site assembly instruction and configuration planning services for military and law enforcement customers.

Can panels be reconfigured during active training exercises?
No, reconfiguration requires complete range cold status as panels must be manually disconnected and repositioned using connection hardware between training sessions.
