The Water Jet Perforation & Fire Extinguishing System operates at 350 bar (5076 psi) to deliver abrasive water jets capable of cutting through concrete, steel, wood, and composite materials. The unit features a red tubular steel frame measuring approximately 1100mm x 700mm x 850mm, mounted on four swivel casters for mobility. A gasoline engine powers a high-pressure pump connected to a reinforced hose with a lance-style nozzle that includes an abrasive injection port and mist activation trigger. The black cylindrical abrasive hopper holds garnet particles that mix with the water stream during cutting operations.
The cutting mode injects abrasive media into the pressurized water stream, creating a jet that penetrates 300mm reinforced concrete or 25mm steel plate without generating sparks. After perforation, operators switch to mist mode, which atomizes water into droplets that vaporize instantly upon entering the heated environment. This vapor expansion displaces oxygen concentration below combustion thresholds while cooling structural elements. The dual-function nozzle eliminates equipment changeover delays.
