TruLive3D Imager – Compact Light-Sheet 3D Imager

TruLive3D Imager

The TruLive3D Imager is a light-sheet fluorescence microscope built for fast, high-resolution 3D imaging of live samples. It uses dual-sided illumination via single-plane illumination microscopy (SPIM) and single-lens detection from below. This setup allows the system to capture detailed volumetric data while minimizing phototoxicity. As a result, it is highly effective for sensitive specimens like organoids, embryos, and 3D cultures.

To support advanced imaging, the system includes two water-immersion objectives: 10×/0.3 NA for illumination and 25×/1.1 NA for detection. Detection can even be expanded to 31.3× or 62.5×. Additionally, it features four laser lines (405/488/561/640 nm) and dual sCMOS cameras. These components together provide sub-300 nm XY resolution along with high-speed, multi-sample imaging. Moreover, the compact and vibration-resistant design fits on standard lab benches and contains an integrated environmental chamber for extended live imaging sessions.

Because of its piezo-driven stages and photomanipulation module, this TruLive3D Imager supports time-lapse imaging, photomanipulation workflows, and multi-position experiments. For researchers working with hundreds of specimens, its 75 mm sample chamber is a major advantage. It can accommodate small organisms like zebrafish, Drosophila, or mouse embryos without compromising image quality.

Tactical Supply Pakistan offers this Imager as part of our mission to empower research in pharmacology, developmental biology, and life sciences. Our deployment, training, and support services help laboratories make full use of this advanced imaging platform.

What sample types does the TruLive3D support?
It is specifically optimized for delicate, live samples such as spheroids, organoids, small embryos, and 3D cell cultures that work well in water-based and SPIM-ready formats.
