The SAM XT Tourniquet (MW) is engineered for rapid application in critical situations. The TRUFORCE™ Buckle technology auto-locks at a predetermined amount of circumferential force, engaging strap holes within a range of 5.75 inches to 32.5 inches (14.6 cm to 82.6 cm), effectively eliminating nearly all slack. The TRUFLEX™ Plate, made of durable nylon, distributes force evenly, providing consistent pressure across the limb. The strap, constructed from single-layer nylon webbing, is designed to function reliably in all weather conditions, including when wet or dirty.
