Remote Blasting Initiator

The Remote Blasting Initiator combines magnetic and seismic sensors with encrypted wireless communication to detect vehicle movement and generate electrical signals. The MLA-3 system outputs 20 volts with 5-ampere maximum current, detecting trucks and armored vehicles up to 4 meters while identifying cars at 2-meter range. Each sensor measures 125 x 76 x 29 millimeters on three AAA batteries, with controllers at 147 x 88 x 33 millimeters using three AA batteries.

The system maintains IP67 protection and operates from -20°C to +50°C with alkaline batteries or -30°C to +60°C using lithium cells. Wireless communication reaches 2000 meters line-of-sight or 600 meters in urban environments, with repeaters doubling range. Battery life provides 20 days sensor standby, 72 hours active operation, and 72 hours controller runtime. One controller manages four sensors with remote activation and status monitoring capabilities.

Combat engineers, naval explosive ordnance disposal units, and air force security forces deploy Remote Blasting Initiator systems for perimeter defense and obstacle denial. Military units install sensors along supply routes, base approaches, and strategic chokepoints requiring vehicle-activated defensive measures. The dual sensor system prevents false activation from personnel while ensuring reliable triggering when armored threats approach kill zones.

Tactical Supply Pakistan provides authentic remote initiation systems that comply with military explosive safety regulations and operational security requirements. The company delivers comprehensive training programs covering sensor placement, controller operation, and encrypted communication protocols for military explosive ordnance specialists. Their technical support ensures proper system integration with existing defensive infrastructure and munitions systems.

How do the sensors distinguish between military vehicles and civilians?
The magnetic sensors detect metallic mass while seismic sensors measure ground vibrations. The system processes both signals to identify vehicle characteristics, analyzing magnetic disruption and vibration patterns to differentiate between heavy military vehicles, light civilian cars, and personnel movement
