The Carmen® GO Plug & Play ANPR/LPR Software installs on existing network video recorders or server infrastructure to process live camera streams. The application analyzes video feeds from IP cameras already monitoring traffic routes, parking areas, or facility access points. Recognition algorithms extract license plate characters, vehicle makes, models, and color information from moving or stationary vehicles. The software operates independently of camera brand or model specifications provided the feed meets minimum resolution requirements of 1080p at 15 frames per second.
