Perimeter Drone Detection Device
The Perimeter Drone Detection Device is a high-capability electronic countermeasure engineered for 360° coverage against drone incursions. Built with next-generation RF jamming technology, this system uses reactive spot jamming, precisely targeting control and navigation frequencies without resorting to broad-spectrum disruption. It effectively neutralizes threats in the 2.4 GHz, 5.2 GHz, 5.8 GHz, and 1.6 GHz GNSS bands. The unit’s low-power emission strategy reduces collateral interference while maintaining long-range jamming efficiency.
Designed for perimeter defense, the device features a 360° horizontal and 90° vertical jamming angle. In collaborative mode, multiple systems function as a synchronized network, each emitting low power individually yet combining for a high-impact jamming field. This modular setup ensures broad-area coverage while maintaining low visibility. With rugged construction and an IP67 rating, the unit operates reliably between -30°C and +65°C. It weighs just 14.7 kg and measures 700 x 700 x 310 mm, allowing for versatile installation in various static or semi-mobile defense environments.
The Perimeter Drone Detection Device excels in both manual and autonomous modes. In manual mode, operators control jamming initiation. In autonomous operation, pairing with RF drone detectors like Watchdog 202 or Wolfpack enables automatic engagement, along with live threat classification and drone make/model identification. This seamless integration supports real-time decisions via ARGOS server software, IRIS UI, or other compatible C2 systems, offering enhanced situational awareness for critical missions.
