Monitor Lizard All Terrain Vehicle
The Monitor Lizard All Terrain Vehicle is a 17-ton dual-body platform engineered for strategic mobility in extreme environments. With an overall length of 9.1 meters and a combat weight of 17,000 kg, it accommodates 14 personnel—4 in the front cabin and 10 in the rear module. Its armor system includes 4.2mm load-bearing panels and grille shielding, providing protection against 7.62mm ballistic threats. The vehicle carries up to 5,500 kg and reaches a top speed of 65 km/h on land while also operating in shallow water at 5 km/h.
Built for endurance, this vehicle can sustain crew operations for over 20 days with integrated oxygen, heating, water purification, and power systems. Its four-wheel independent transmission allows traversal of deserts, tundras, swamps, and polar zones. It features 35° maximum gradeability and maintains balance on 25° slopes. With a trench-crossing width of 1.6m and a vertical obstacle clearance of 1m, it’s designed for continuous forward movement in highly irregular terrain. Its self-rescue winch supports up to 8000 kg, enhancing survivability in field operations.
