The Electric Towbarless Aircraft Tugs are offered in a wide range of models: TF1 (up to 2,000 kg MTOW), TF3 (9,000 kg), TF4 (14,000 kg), TF5 (60,000 kg), and TF6 (90,000 kg). Each tug is fully electric, eliminating hydraulics and combustion engines, and employs a patented 360° turntable that lifts and secures the nose wheel without twisting it – protecting gear and improving control. Most models are remote-controlled, offering full wireless maneuverability, while the smaller TF1 and TF2 use manual control.
All tugs feature rugged steel frames, adjustable nose-wheel mounts, LED headlights, and CAN-bus-based controls. The TF5, for example, comes with a LiDAR-based nose-wheel protection system (NPS), a compact eCube control module, and integrated battery chargers powering 48 V systems capable of hauling for up to 8 km per charge. Tire traction and turntable design allow tight turns, freeing up hangar space and boosting planning flexibility.
