Analog Modular Watermaker

The Analog Modular Watermaker series operates through reverse osmosis desalination using the patented Spectra Pearson Pump with built-in energy recovery. The LB-1800 M produces 1800 gallons per day at approximately 800 watts, the LB-2800 M generates 2800 gallons daily consuming roughly 1200 watts, and the LB-4000 M delivers 4000 gallons per day. All units feature composite construction weighing between 315 to 400 pounds. Each system includes two 4-inch by 20-inch spinring industrial 5-micron prefilters and analog control gauges.

The LB-1800 M and LB-2800 M accommodate feed water with up to 33,000 PPM salinity, while the LB-4000 M handles brackish water up to 24,000 PPM. All variants maintain 99.4% salt rejection rates using four-inch by 40-inch SWRO membranes. The Pearson Pump’s hydraulically locked recovery system automatically adjusts pressure based on water salinity and temperature between 36°F and 110°F. Feed voltages range from 208-240V AC with DC configurations available upon request.

Naval vessels, offshore platforms, and coastal military installations deploy the Analog Modular Watermaker for sustained freshwater generation from seawater sources. Marine expeditionary units rely on these systems during extended deployments where resupply logistics prove challenging. The soft-start speed control prevents power spikes, making these units compatible with solar arrays and wind turbines in forward operating bases.

Tactical Supply Pakistan provides genuine Spectra Watermakers equipment with complete technical support and manufacturer warranties. The company ensures timely availability of critical spare parts including Pearson Pump rebuild kits and membrane cleaners.

How does the fixed recovery rate system prevent membrane damage during operation?
The hydraulically locked recovery mechanism allows reverse osmosis pressure to float automatically based on feed water conditions. Standard systems require manual pressure adjustments when salinity or temperature changes, but this fixed-rate design eliminates operator input while preventing excessive pressure that degrades membrane integrity.
