System Components: The complete kit (EVS‑9075‑6C) includes an adult vacuum mattress, a set of extremity vacuum splints (small, medium, large), two carry‑cases, a standard pump and a compact pump.

Vacuum Technology: Once shaped around the patient’s body or injured limb, air is evacuated via the “MaxiValve™” and the device hardens to conform exactly to the anatomy — giving immobilisation without rigid boards and minimal pressure points.

Mattress Features: The adult mattress version uses thousands of polystyrene beads to conform and provide thermal insulation; it includes six padded handles and is compatible with imaging (X‑ray/MRI) since non‑magnetic valves are used.

Splint Features: The extremity splints mould quickly, are offered in 3 sizes (S/M/L), evacuate in seconds, and are made of durable, easy‑clean fabric ideal for field or EMS use.
