Full‑body immobilisation: The mattress molds around the entire body of the patient (spine, back, hips, pelvis) and provides uniform support, reducing pressure point tender­ness.

Vacuum technology with insulative beads: It is filled with thousands of polystyrene beads which, when air is evacuated, make the mattress rigid and acting as a thermal insulator to help maintain core body temperature and reduce hypothermia risk.

Handles and restraint system: Features six large padded handles around its perimeter for secure patient transport, and a color‑coded side‑release buckle system for rapid and secure restraint.

Vacuum pump & evacuation time: Includes or supports an all‑aluminum manual pump (foot stirrup type) that evacuates the mattress in less than 25 seconds.
