Soft‑kill vs hard‑kill: Soft‑kill = RF jamming/spoofing, GNSS spoofing, cyber takeover; Hard‑kill = nets, interceptor UAVs, or kinetic effectors (use only under strict ROE).

Deployment modes: Fixed towers, mobile vehicle/truck mounts, portable man‑portable units, and airborne counter‑UAV platforms (manned or drone).

Legal & safety constraints: Jamming/spoofing and kinetic actions affect civilians/aviation — require regulatory clearance, ROE, and coordination with civil authorities.
