Multiple Launch Rocket System
The Multiple Launch Rocket System RAK-12 fires 128mm caliber non-guided rockets through 12 individual tubes measuring 1200mm in length. This artillery platform operates on a 12V/7Ah battery with charging capability from DC sources between 12-24V or AC grid power at 110-220V. The system weighs 720kg in transport configuration and 975kg when fully loaded with rockets. Horizontal traverse adjusts ±15 degrees, while vertical elevation ranges from -1 to 46 degrees.
The launcher deploys from transport to firing position in 1 minute 30 seconds with pre-loaded rockets. Burst fire mode releases all 12 rockets in 9.6 seconds, while single-shot capability fires one rocket per second. A 25-meter remote controller cable allows operators to maintain safe distance during launch sequences. The mechanical traversing system operates across temperatures from -30°C to 50°C.
