This tourniquet features a dual-locking windlass and a patented internal band that moves freely to apply true circumferential pressure around the limb. A hook-and-loop windlass retention strap holds the windlass in place after tightening. It avoids the need for small parts and provides reliable security during patient movement or high-stress situations.

The rigid case is built from injection-molded nylon and measures 6.75″ × 2.25″ × 2.5″. It weighs 7 oz with the tourniquet inside and around 4.5 oz when empty. The case mounts securely via a Blade Tech TekLok that fits belts up to 2.25″ wide. It can also attach vertically or horizontally—or to a Safariland drop leg shroud—using built-in screw holes. Meanwhile, the one-piece Hypalon cover shields the tourniquet from dust, moisture, and debris, and breaks away quickly during deployment.
