SMP joint sealants and potting compounds for joint constructions

EUROLASTIC SMP joint sealants are 1-component, silane-modified polymer (SMP) sealants engineered for elastic, durable joint sealing in construction and civil engineering. EUROLASTIC LM 100 offers high adhesive strength with approximately 500% elongation at break, a tensile strength of approximately 0.7 N/mm², temperature resistance from -40°C to +90°C, and curing within 12–48 hours, making it suitable for connection, movement, and façade joints on metal, plastics, concrete, plaster, masonry, and wood. EUROLASTIC PRO M 40 delivers stronger mechanical resistance with a tensile strength of 2.5 N/mm², approximately 350% elongation at break, and over 70% resetting capacity, designed for heavy-load movement joints, walkable and drivable surfaces, sewage and wastewater treatment plants, and food industry applications. Both sealants are silicone-free, weather-resistant, moisture-curing, and certified to ISO 11600 and ISEGA food-contact standards, with an 18-month shelf life.
