EUROPUR roll and self-levelling coatings are solvent-free, 2-component polyurethane systems engineered for seamless, UV-resistant, and chemically resistant flooring in industrial and decorative applications. EUROPUR 0500 and 0510 are pigmented flow coatings with viscosities of 7000–11000 mPas for balconies, terraces, and concrete, cement, or asphalt surfaces, with 0510 offering temperature resistance from -40°C to +120°C, low emissions, and suitability for schools and hospitals. EUROPUR 0520, 0540, 0560, and 0580 are self-levelling industrial floor coatings designed for warehouses, production halls, and canteens, offering impact and abrasion resistance, with EUROPUR 0560 providing high elasticity, microcrack sealing, and noise-damping properties, and EUROPUR 0580 delivering a robust, tough finish for heavy-duty mechanical and chemical exposure. All coatings cure at processing temperatures of +15°C to +30°C, have a 12-month shelf life when stored cool and dry, and use mixing ratios ranging from 4:1 to 6.88:1 depending on the variant.
