Polysulphide Special Solutions Surface Sealing | TSP

EUROTEX TC 97 is a chemically highly resistant polysulphide lining system designed for sealing difficult substrates in non-traffic chemical exposure areas such as LAU facilities, refineries, and concrete collection basins. Featuring 40% polysulphide content, an integrated carrier fleece, and a multi-layer structure (grey top layer, green middle layer, backing fabric), it can be laid directly over existing cracked or contaminated substrates without extensive pre-treatment, anchored only at specific points. It offers high crack-bridging capacity, cold elasticity down to -50°C, root resistance, and over 10 years of UV, weathering, and ageing resistance, with partial repairability through cold vulcanisation. EUROTEX TC 97 AS is the electrostatically dissipative variant, adding static charge dissipation for use on filling platforms and other areas requiring ESD protection, while retaining the same chemical resistance, cold elasticity, and root-resistant properties. Both linings are not suitable for vehicle traffic and are ideal for sealing cracks, floor and wall joints, and concrete damage exposed to aggressive chemicals.
