EUROTEX TC 97 is a polysulphide-based coating and adhesive system designed for liquid-tight sealing of EUROTEX nonwoven membranes in facilities storing, filling, and handling water-hazardous liquids. The TC 97 top coat offers root resistance and medium chemical resistance (72 hours) across WHG test groups including 33b, 4, 4a, 4c, 5-5b, 7-7b, 9, 11, and 12, with a viscosity of 9000-12000 mPas and curing within 12-48 hours. EUROTEX TC 97 Kleber is a 2-component polysulphide adhesive for bonding EUROTEX nonwovens to substrates and to each other, offering high chemical resistance, crack-bridging capability, cold elasticity, and a Shore-A hardness of approximately 40. EUROTEX TC 97 AS is the electrostatically dissipative top coat variant, providing static dissipation without requiring copper tape, suitable for conductive surface systems with WHG test group resistance covering groups 1-5b, 7-7b, 9, 11, and 12. All products comply with EU Directive 2004/42 VOC limits, offer a 12-month shelf life under cool, dry storage, and are designed for industrial containment systems handling hazardous liquids requiring root-resistant, chemically durable, and electrostatically safe sealing.
