Moisture-Curing 1-component Primer for Industry Construction

EUROLASTIC Primer B1 is a moisture-curing, 1-component primer engineered to improve adhesion of sealants and adhesives on absorbent substrates such as concrete, aerated concrete, stone, plaster, and wood. With a low dynamic viscosity of approximately 58 mPa·s at +20°C and density of approximately 0.91 g/cm³, it is applied by brush in a thin, uniform layer with a minimum drying time of about 5 minutes and an open time of up to 24 hours. Designed for pre-treating joint flanks and adhesion areas before sealant application, it is tested to DIN EN 14188-4 and carries GISCODE RE 2.5 classification, processed at temperatures between +10°C and +35°C with consumption of approximately 80-100 g/m². EUROLASTIC Primer B1 has a 6-month shelf life when stored cool and dry above +10°C, and is suited for joint preparation in construction, industrial flooring, and sealant adhesion projects requiring reliable bonding on porous building materials.
