Liquid-Tight Heavy-Duty Joint Profile for Industry Construction

EUROX EDS Joint Profile WHG is a liquid-tight, heavy-duty joint construction approved by the German Institute for Building Technology for use in areas subject to the Water Resources Act, designed for component and connection joints exposed to high mechanical and chemical stress. It combines highly elastic, chemically resistant polysulphide sealing (EUROLASTIC TC 30 G/S) with supporting V4A stainless steel lamellas, creating a vibration-free, drive-over joint suitable for LAU and HBV facilities, refineries, tank farms, chemical plants, car parks, and food industry production areas. The system, installed without welding or screws for flush flat installation, carries general building approval Z-74.8-165 and supports loads from pneumatic, solid rubber, and polyamide tyres while offering weather and corrosion resistance, partial repairability, and no slip risk. Companion materials include EUROREPAIR PC 96 WHG mortar, EUROREPAIR HG 96 WHG adhesive primer, and EURODUR EPV 0411 Groundfix grouting for complete installation.
