Epoxy Resin Primers for Coating | TSP

EUROPOX epoxy resin primers are solvent-free, low-viscosity 2-component systems engineered for adhesion preparation on mineral substrates such as concrete and cement screed. EUROPOX 0100 is a nonylphenol-free, pore- and capillary-sealing primer with high capillary activity, used as a binder for scratch coats, EP mortars, and screeds, with a density of 1.1 g/cm³ and 24-hour curing. EUROPOX 0120 serves as a primer for the EUROPOX and EUROPUR coating systems and as a binder for synthetic resin mortars using fire-dried quartz sand, with a viscosity of 350-600 mPas and good adhesion properties. EUROPOX 0140 is a fast-curing primer, mortar, and repair resin for cementitious substrates, offering an adhesive tensile strength of at least 2.5 N/mm² on concrete, force-fit crack and joint sealing, and freedom from nonylphenol and benzyl alcohol, curing in approximately 3 hours for time-critical projects. All primers maintain a 12-month shelf life under cool, dry storage and process at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C depending on the variant.
