This epoxy resin mortar range covers high-load concrete repair, anchoring, and bonding applications. EUROREPAIR PC 96 is a solvent-free, highly filled epoxy mortar with compressive strength of approximately 96 N/mm² and an E-modulus of 28,000 N/mm², used for repairing joint edges, corner break-offs, and reprofiling on traffic routes and concrete pavements; its WHG variant holds DIBt approval Z-74.12-94 for refuelling areas and LAU systems with chemical resistance from -40°C to +120°C. POLYFALT EP Flex is a flexibilised epoxy mortar designed for rail gusset plates and asphalt repair, offering compressive strength over 25 N/mm² and adhesive tensile strength over 1.5 N/mm². EURODUR EPV 0411 Groundfix and Groundfix Rapid are mineral-filled, self-levelling 2-component epoxy casting resins developed for airport structural applications such as fixing underfloor lamps and force-fit casting of metal anchors, threaded bolts, and dowels in crash barrier and bridge construction, with adhesive strength exceeding 2.5 N/mm² on cracked concrete and chemical resistance to fuels, aviation fuels, and de-icing agents.
